    Happy April, my favorite community! 

    Since we had a tech-focused QOTM last month, we thought we'd have a little fun with this month's question, while still highlighting what you do everyday. So here goes:

    If your contact center had a theme song, what would it be?

    You can pick any song that comes to mind while you're doing your daily duties! What lyrics really sum it up - perhaps it's the attitude, or the tone of your workspace. Let us know and you'll earn this new profile badge:

    I'll kick it off! For the Genesys Community, the theme song that comes to my mind is: The Beatles "With a Little Help from My Friends." I think you all know why...

    Hi,

    For me its an oldie, "Final Countdown", because thats what it is for our competitors as we look forward to dominating the AI powered experience orchestration space!

    Its how we end the frustration of broken journeys and missed opportunities for our customers' customer's.

    I'll take an easy one off the board; Dolly Parton's 9 to 5! (Although our hours often exceed a traditional 9-5 workday) The lyric "It's enough to drive you crazy if you let it" can definitely apply to IT folks day to day tasks. Pouring yourself a cup of ambition helps! Thankfully, Genesys prevents the song from being Led Zeppelin's Communication Breakdown :)

    cool hahaha.... 

    If our contact center had a theme song, I'd go with "Under Pressure" by Queen & David Bowie. Between call volumes, SLAs, and solving customer issues, the lyrics feel pretty relatable! But just like the song suggests, teamwork is what helps us get through the pressure every day.

    I'd choose "High On Life" by Martin Garrix.
    I'm also a huge Martin Garrix fan, so this one was an easy choice for me.
    For me, it reflects the energy of working in CX: fast-paced, challenging, but also rewarding when people come together to create better experiences every day.

    It would actually be fun to create a playlist with all the songs people share in this thread. I'd definitely listen to that.

    @Nicole Milliken maybe we should make the official QOTM playlist. 😄
