    If my contact center had a theme song, it would be Mission Impossible Theme, because sometimes every call feels like a special mission: resolve quickly, understand the customer, find the right solution… and all before time runs out ⏱️📞😂

    Also, every agent becomes a true expert handling multiple cases at once, almost as if they were saving the day in every interaction 🚀April Question of the Month - Earn a new badge!🎧
