If you already work with Architect, I don't see the exam as complicated. But if you don't actively work in this area, I recommend paying attention to:
Architect and flow types
Understand what each flow is used for: Inbound Call, Outbound Call, Message Flow, Bot Flow, Secure Flow, and Common Module.
IVR, menus, and prompts
Study how to create menus, play messages, capture customer options, and handle errors or invalid attempts.
Bots
Focus on intent, slot, utterances, and confirmation. This covers several bot-related questions.
Architect actions
Know when to use: Switch, Data Table Lookup, Call Data Action, Transfer to ACD, Set/Get Participant Data, and Play Audio.
Variables and expressions
Understand default variables, user-created variables, and functions such as Append, as well as Call.Ani.
Data Tables and integrations
Study table lookups, primary key, CSV import, Salesforce and Data Actions
Schedules and Call Routing
Understand business hours, holidays, schedule groups, and DID mapping to the correct flow.
Secure Flow
Know how to protect sensitive data and pass data between flows using Participant Data.
Flow metrics
Study Flow Outcomes, Flow Milestones, and Flow Performance.
Queues and agent routing
Review ACD, skill-based routing, Bullseye Routing, Alerting Timeout, ACW, and Divisions.
