Certification and Training

I have had extensive working knowledge with Genesys ecosystem except the Architect side. Does one need to subscribe/purchase beyond training? How can one prepare if you don't have training access but to the actual Genesys Org? Has anyone been successful with only self-study ?

No, you don't strictly need the paid training to learn Architect-but it makes things much easier and faster. And yes, people have become proficient (even certified) through self-study + hands-on org access-but there are some caveats.

Hi Darshan,

My First certification was Genesys Architect, which completed with self-study just you need intense hands-on Architect, you may expect questions on expression builder, Data Actions, Routing logic, etc
No, need any paid training or active learning subscription.

Hi Darshan,

One method of studfying that I found very useful was to use chat GPT for practice exams. If you provide chat GPT with the exam title and ask for a mock exam multiple choice exam, it will return questions very similar to the real exam and I found it very useful when studying, it would provide a wide range of quesitons and some simialr ones appeared in the exam.

Absolutely, Architect can be learnt by self-studying.
Infact, Genesys has free trainings & webinars on Architect (including Variables, Data Actions for both Voice & Digital Flows) etc.
For more help try this YT channel - @SethOnCall, But nothing beats a good hands on practice before you sit for the exam.
