  • 1.  Architect - Transfer to User - Popup Screen

    Dears,
    I want to set a script or to popup a screen when I transfer a call for a user. 
    I have tried this in Architect but it seems it is not working. 
    Could you please let me know if this is applicable?

    Pop up scripts only work when you transfer to ACD.  You could create a queue for each user, and use Transfer to ACD instead of Transfer to User.  Make sure to execute the Set Screen Pop action before the transfer.
