  • 1.  Archival Storage Limit?

    Hi, 

    Good day to all, would like to know regarding the recordings archive storage in Genesys Cloud What I understand that the archive storage is not counted towards the org storage / subscribed storage. Question is are they any storage limit to it ? Can't seems to find anything with regards to the hard limit of archive storage. Would like to assure my customer that its unlimited and there is no additional charges to it.

    Hope to get some answer here.

    There is no storage limit for archived recordings at the moment.
