  • 1.  Archived Voice Recordings and Associated Transcripts

    Hi All,

    I want to fetch the already archived voice recordings and the associated transcript and upload it to S3 bucket. So, need to know how I can achieve this?
    I tried the following API "P
    ut /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings/{recordingId}" to update the archive date, but it is not working. Can we update the archive date for an already archived recording?
    Or is there any API to bulk restore the recordings?

    Hi Payal,

    I believe you will need to restore the recordings first before you can move them. You can find a more information in this thread: Restore Archive Recordings Permanently | Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

    you'll need to work with Genesys support to make the recordings accessible from archive.  Then the path that you tried should likely work.

    Yes, we can export bulk recordings through script, please log support ticket and ask them to create script for it.
