Is there a way to archive rather than delete old versions of your published evaluation forms? Currently the only option seems to be to delete them, but would rather keep historical versions. If they're not deleted the user has to scroll through multiple options to find the right form.

Its not currently possible to archive old evaluation forms. This is another one that has an idea in the ideas lab: Provide Activation/Deactivation option for Quality Evaluation Form

I know that some customers have renamed old evaluations forms with a z in front of the name to push it down the list and then made it clear to the users that those prefixed with a z are not in use.
