    Im helping one of our customers devs build Web chat into their Org, and they've asked if Genesys Cloud supports async messaging for live chat?
    Ive had a look around the resource center and developer center, but haven't found anything yet.
    Does anyone know? is there a reference somewhere i can point them to?

    Hi Brian - Async messaging is not yet available, but something we're planning for future product evolution.
    A good entry-point for current web chat and widgets in Genesys Cloud is here, you probably found that already.
