Hi All,
I am trying to build a Digital Bot Flow and to have Few Intents. But i don't see Ask of Intent Block which we usually have in Bot Flow.
Please help me how can we achieve the similar functionality also would like to know if the utterances do not match any of the Intent it should go to the Default/Fall Back Intent where we define some logic.
How can we achieve default Intent functionality
Thanks Avinash

Hi @zubair i am not finding it helpful..
Hi @Jaime_Perez if you could help please find the below use case
Use Case 1 : Customer click on chat icon and type "Hi, hello or any greetings" it should be identified as greeting and again ask question like "in just few words how can i help you.
Use Case 2 : Customer click on chat icon and directly type "I need to update phone number or any query and not hi hello message " it should route to an agent .
Note: We don't have any utterances for agent transfer other than " hi hello bye" all other things can be considered as transfer to agent scenario.
Please help if this can be attained using any way.
Thanks Avinash
