  • 1.  Ask for Slot action, no question. A question mark is displayed.

    Good day. Please support me with the following.
     
    In a digital bot flow, I am using the request by Slot, but in the question field, I am putting it without value. This is due to the need for an integration.
    And what happens is that in the response that the bot gives, it is placing a question mark "?". And I don't understand why it places it. My goal is for it to not place anything, to just wait for the end user to enter the requested value.
     
    Please help me with this issue. I would be very grateful.

    Buenas Julio,

    I'm not sure we have enough information to be truly helpful, but what are the user input settings you have configured within the flow itself?



    It may be that there is something set in there that is appending ? when you wish for there to be a blank.
