    Hi Genesys, 

    Currently Pure cloud doesn't give option to BULK upload and assign DID numbers ,can anyone help how to do this?

    Two things here.  

    You do have the ability to populate the DID lists through the API using https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#put-api-v2-telephony-providers-edges-didpools--didPoolId-, but that does not allow you to provision those DID's in bulk or to port them.  That has to go through the DID purchasing and the GCV porting process.  

    As for assigning, that can also be done through the API https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#patch-api-v2-users--userId- that will allows you to update and address of the phone number to use.  While it is not a bulk up load, it can be scripted with Postman or other applications to apply to multiple users.

    First, multi-unassign the DID's. Next, go to Admin>Call Routing and select the flow you need. In the 'Inbound Numbers' field, type in the DID you need to assign to the flow and check the box. If the numbers are sequential, you can type the first few numbers only and check multiple boxes. Once all the numbers have been checked that you want to assign to the flow, click 'Save'. All those numbers now belong to that flow without having to go the route of an API.
