    Hi there!

    My team has been using evaluations for a while now & our data pulls N/A for assignee.. How can we ensure there is always an assignee attached to the evaluation? I've noticed it pops up for some peoples evaluations, but others it doesn't. Is it a permission difference?

    Hello Caitlyn, 

    From our documentation it looks like Genesys automatically assigns N/A when either of these three conditions are met;

    • Not assigned when you complete an evaluation
    • N/A when you retract an evaluation
    • N/A when you release the completed evaluation

    It looks like if you want to assign some one you can follow this procedure described in our documentation. 

    Submit and assign

    If you want to release an evaluation to an agent at a future date, you can submit the evaluation and assign it to a new assignee at the same time.

    1. On the evaluation screen, select the drop-down under Release the evaluation and select a later date.
    2. A drop-down arrow becomes available on the Submit button. Click the drop-down arrow, then click Submit and Assign.
    3. On the Assign evaluation form, select the Assignee.
    4. (Optional) Add Private comments to the assignee.
    5. Click Apply.
