HI All
I am struggling to find how we assign a few types of permissions;
1 - An agent can access their own call recordings
2 - An agent can access their own chat conversation details to add to a CRM
3 - An Agent+ that can access all call recordings
4 - An agent+ that can access all chat history
Any pointers would be fantastic
