    We are in the process of implementing Assistance within Interaction Desktop. Is there any reporting that can be pulled about the conversation and utilizing of this tool?

    Interaction Desktop is part of the PureConnect product line, so I recommend posting your query in the corresponding forum - that's where the PureConnect gurus hang out 😉
