    Hello .. I am using the Async conversation Query: /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/jobs
    and I would like to understand in detail how this definition of the Results at the interval should be interpreted:

    Interval

    (string, required): Specifies the date and time range of data being queried. Results will include conversations: that both started on a day touched by the interval AND either started, ended, or any activity during the interval.


    I am seeing using the API explorer that this definition (the AND) does apply for voice and chat but not for email.

    This Results definition of the interval applies differently for email ..?

    Diego.  Each of the media types should behave the same in this case.   Can you provide a bit more info on what you're seeing. Also this post is probably better supported from the developer forum at developer.mypurecloud.com.   Thanks!
