  • 1.  Attachments within Web Chats

    Hi All,

    We have had the ' Disable Chat File Uploads' setting turned off which as we understand should allow us to send attachments within internal and external web chats. 

    We can see the attachment icon within our internal chats but cannot seem to locate in within Web Chat (pic attached).What have we missed?

    Note that the Resource Center articles specifically talk about Internal chat for file uploads.

    File upload is not a feature of Web Chat, so that Admin setting does not apply.
