We have a campaign in which the list is configured with a single intent control.

But this control of attempts

They do not close the records for us, maintaining the contact list column "Callable-TELEFONO" with the value 1

We need the intent control to close the record so that it cannot be called anymore and pass it to the value 0

Could you help us?

That doesn't sound like it's working properly for you. Could you reach out to Customer Care and have them look into what is happening with this issue? Once you open a case, please post the case number here so that I can help monitor the case.

We've opened a case with our provider, and they're in charge of escalating it to Genesys.

That's why I can't give you the case number.
