  • 1.  Audio mixed with a client with an IVR

    Hi all.
    I've been told that a client offers IVR with audio over the conversation. That is, with a call with the operator speaking, the
    the client may be doing the DTMF below, at the same time as the
    The operator is talking to him and explaining what to put.
     
     
    What would be the best way to do it in Genesys Cloud, doing a conference? 
    Any idea? thanks for all.

    Hello Miguel, 

    Since DTMF is an IVR specific, a conference call would be the most ideal. 

    I could see the agent and the customer going into a conference and then having the customer calling into a queue and going over the dtmf with the customer. 

    But that's only one way I can think of using GenCloud out of the box features.
