Hi Brennan,
One thing to check is whether the AudioHook Monitor integration has been installed in the org. The Audio Monitoring action in Architect only becomes available after this integration is installed and active.
You can install it from the Genesys AppFoundry here:

Once installed, it will appear under Admin → Integrations, where it needs to be configured and activated. After that, the Audio Monitoring action should appear in the Architect toolbox.

According to the documentation here: Audio Monitoring action - Genesys Cloud Resource Center I should be able to see the action in the audio section of the toolbox but it's not there. I have access to the Audio Connector integration itself, but could it still be a permission issue?
