I've notices that the quality of all audio prompts is quite low when being played to the caller.

We have set up some custom audio prompts with high quality audio files and when they get played to the customer they come out patchy and crackly.

Has anyone else come across this issue? What was the resolution?

No, I do not have this issue. I think best thing to do is to raise a support ticket.
