    How to test agents audio without dialing any external number is there any way to do audio testing

    You can just call agent to agent, or dial into voicemail if you've got that setup.

    Easiest is dial *86 or just run the internal Softphone diagnostics

    i tried to setup dial to voicmail but even after disconnecting call also voicemail recording not stopped even though default is 3min
