  • 1.  Audit Viewer Events Older Than 14 Days

    In the Audit Viewer (Admin > Troubleshooting > Audit Viewer) you can select the day or day range you want to see events for. But only events in the last 14 days.

    How can we see events from before then? Is it possible to always allow access to older events?

    At the moment, in the Genesys Cloud UI, you are limited to viewing events within the last 14 days. You will need to use the Audit API to retrieve audit data older than that.
