  • 1.  Auditing CoPilot auto generated answers

    Is there any way to get an output of answers generated by CoPilot, In light of the new feature launched which generates answers based on the articles, we have found a number of instances where it generates wrong answers, sometimes due to long articles, or tables within those articles. We want to be able to audit when this happens to understand what impact it has on our people. Ideally we want to see for both auto generated answers and when the agent manually searches and gets an answer generated, seeing the generated answers along with the source article.

    I have trawled through API Explorer but can't find anything on the generated content, only on suggested/viewed articles which isn't what I'm after.

    Hi Anton,

    I think your best bet would be https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#get-api-v2-conversations--conversationId--suggestions, to see the suggested articles, but it wont show you the generated answers.  I checked the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab and couldn't find an existing idea for this, but think it would be worth raising this.

    Maybe others in the community can provide other possible ways of getting the generated answers
