    From https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/screen-recording-overview/:

    Note: Screen recording is only available for the PureCloud desktop apps during ACD interactions. If agents use the web app or take a non-ACD interaction, then their screens are not recorded.

    For best results with the Windows desktop app, use version 1.11.478 or later.

    This is certainly something that we can continue to evaluate, but for the moment screen recording is not supported with PureCloud for Chrome.

    ​What about multiple screens? Is that in a future release? I see that currently, based on the documentation, only what the OS thinks is the Primary monitor is recorded. That implies that only one screen (the primary) will be recorded.
