    Hey there, 

    When I try to go to the app foundry and install the Lex integration, this does not have the option to do so at all - When will this be changed so we can install it?

    Hi Lawrence,

    From the main Genesys AppFoundry page, in the Search box type "Amazon Lex." The Amazon Lex card should appear. Click the card to open the installation page, and then click Install.

    Hey there,

    Yeah that is what I tried to do but yesterday my time when I did this it came up as coming soon and there was no install button only a notify me. I'll be at work in about an hour and can try again then and let you know

    Okay looks like it's working now - but only available for the Americas - Any ETA on Asia Pacific (Sydney)?

    We have some chat bot instances run up already and we're looking forward to having them testing soon live

    Amazon Lex is currently only available in US-East, due to Amazon availability.  As Amazon releases Lex in other regions, we'll add support for it.

    One correction, Amazon Lex is available to any PureCloud customer running out of the US or Ireland regions today for GA. We are working close with Amazon in our partnership so that as soon at other regions become available we will GA immediately in the region. As soon as we can share more regional and language support on the roadmap we will.

    Hi all,
    same here from Italy.
    When I go to the Genesys AppFoundry I can find the Amazon Lex integration, but I can't see the Install button (only the "Contact Us" one).

    How can I enable the Lex intragration for my PureCloud Organization?

    You need to contact sales to get lex added to your subscription.  Lex is a premium application which requires a subscription change (most of the integrations do not need this).
