    Xperience is the CX and AI event of the year for Genesys! And it's right around the corner. Not only have we dropped the agenda for breakout sessions, but there is still time to snag your ticket! 

    So to add to the hype of this epic event, the Question of the Month is: 

    What part of the Xperience event would you be most eager to take part in? Are you there for the sessions? Networking? After-party?

    Hands-on sessions are awesome and I find that I get the most out of them. However, socializing with fellow Genesys users is pretty great too. Having common ground to discuss the good and bad leads to great friendships. The after party is pretty spectacular! :)

    It's kind of a cop out but IF I were actually able to go, then definitely all three!!

    Would love to learn and get some hand-on in person experiences at the sessions. Would definitely like to meet some of the people I have been talking with on here for a couple of years. And right about now, I could really use a good party. And parties aren't even my thing, so that's saying a lot.

    Sessions are the most important yes all there is a lot of fun that goes on, geting to see old collegues, and meeting new people is great, but I'm there for the insights.

    WOWZA! This truly looks like an Xperience to remember!!! 

    I would be most excited to join the breakout sessions and to dive into the future of AI. But, I'd definitely be down for the after-party, too!! Can't wait to hear how it goes! Will any of the sessions be recorded to review?

    Geoff Barfield and I formed the new Adoption Champions role earlier this year. Our purpose in life is to sit with customers, understand their pain points and dreams, do some analysis of the organization, and recommend the best features/capabilities of Genesys Cloud for your particular needs.

    I was so excited to be able to come this year, but life gets in the way. I was looking forward to the networking and breakout sessions and seeing who the speakers would be. Definitely planning to be there next year! Hopefully somewhere warm again

    I'm not able to attend this year, but last year I really enjoyed the sessions! I learned so many things and it was fun to bring back to my company and try to find ways to implement and improve. My colleague is going, so looking forward to what he brings back to share!!

    @Ashiesh Sharma Hands-on is always a highlight. I didn't always look forward to it...back in the day when I was in Education, we brought a full classroom setup with (PureConnect) servers, physical phones, laptops, etc. so folks could do lots of hands-on labs. Set-up and tear-down were a beast!

    Overall, for me it's being surrounded by people who just get it. Whether in sessions, informal chats, or otherwise, there's just something about being in a sea of people who really understand contact center solutions & administration. I always learn a lot and come home with a few actionable ideas and inspiring quotes. 

    Of course, the party is fun too :)

    This is so true! I'm AuDHD and usually get overstimulated in the "sea of people" but there is something about our group gathering that is just more calming than anything. I'm not the oddball in the room and everyone seems open to good ol' info dump on processes or ideas. It's great!

    Is it wrong for me to say all of it? I have been chomping at the bit for this year's Xperience because I learned so much from last year's - and I was so energized to tackle all the things when I got home. I get in on Sunday afternoon so I will be first in line for the workshops on Monday afternoon and I don't fly back out until Thursday morning so I will be there for the festival at the end. I am counting the days!!

    Hands-on sessions for sure.  Even if its not something we currently use.  Its nice to see how to make things work and get ideas flowing of how we could potentially use something new.

    For me, the most important part of Xperience has always been the networking with other Genesys customers, Genesys team members, and vendors. I don't save all my questions or thoughts for the conference, and I use the contacts and relationships I've built at the conference throughout the year to ensure I'm getting the most out the amount we spend to ensure our advocate and survivors have all they need. The sessions are always thought-provoking and informational, but it is the relationships Xperience has enabled that make is so incredibly valuable.

    I'd love to participate in the entire event, in the sessions to learn about the latest deployments and experiences; in the networking to meet people with extensive knowledge and share experiences, both good and bad. Finally, the party to change the atmosphere, relax, and spend time with incredible people.

    This will be my 2nd Xperience, but coming from different company. I enjoy most all of it, tho I find running out of time to join all the sessions I would like. But for sure the networking out of it is very important to me. I haven't been very active on the community (changing that), but I am looking forward to meet some of you!

    In addition to the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, I concur with Marty's comment about the networking. It was an honor & pleasure to meet several of you & our account team in person (for the first or second time) given you're like extended family. The only thing I was disappointed by was @Nicole Milliken not being there to meet.

    Speaking of which, unless I missed it, I suggest a Community members lunch or think-tank session/workshop for the next Xperience event 🤔
