Dear community,

According to the documentation, Genesys retrieves only a limited subset of standard OpenID Connect claims: sub, email, given_name, and family_name.

Are you aware of any way to retrieve additional standard claims returned by the identity provider, such as name, nickname, profile, ...?

Hi,

You're right - only sub, given_name, family_name, and email are currently exposed as Architect variables, and there's unfortunately no configuration to extend that set today. Other standard claims like name, nickname, profile, etc. are not accessible regardless of what your IdP returns or which scopes you configure.

Worth noting: the name claim is not used at all - the display name is built from the concatenation of given_name + family_name.

Curious to see if anyone in the community has found a creative solution for this.
