    Hi All

    I understand that the "Auto-answer" feature can be updated either through the UI ( one at a time ) and in bulk via private API ( /<g class="gr_ gr_179 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="179" data-gr-id="179">api</g>/v2/users/bulk); API-2522 has been created to expose it in platform API.  Ref. Set autoanswer via API and Voicemail and Auto Answer Settings for a User

    Wanted to check if anyone has been any other workaround to toggle "Auto-answer" in bulk. Thank you.

    We have recently exposed this via public API using PATCH /api/v2/users/bulk. See here for when it was added: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/versioning.html
