    Has anyone been successful at setting up auto-assign criteria of an evaluation? I read through the resource center and found everything on assigning an evaluation to an assignee, but would like to configure auto-assign with certain parameters.

    Hey Diane,

    I'm not sure that we have that functionality yet in Genesys Cloud. I found this Idea in the Product Ideas Lab that sounded similar.

    I would love to hear if anyone in the Community knows of a way to do this.

    Hi Jason,

    Thank you for the reply and sending over that idea for review. I do agree, I would love to see if anyone in the community has executed this. There is a current auto assign policy, I believe, unless it was all set up via workflows, but I could not set parameters around it to function properly. There were many errors while testing, such as assigning the same contact to different people to be evaluated. Hopefully someone knows!
