    hi Everyone,

    Just wondering if anyone know if there's any setting that can do collapse interaction list (see below screenshot) when a new webmessaging interaction comes in ?

    any advise appreciate.

    It is not possible to perform that behavior at this time. If you'd like to open an idea to request that feature, then please submit an idea on the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas

    Note, you might be tempted to manipulate the DOM to try and trigger a collapse of that panel, but DOM manipulation is not supported by Genesys Cloud.
