I am currently building out web messaging for my org, and we are running into an issue when a client returns to a chat within the 72-hour window where they have to prompt the chat to be entered back into the flow. The customer care team would like this to auto-add the client into the flow when they return but for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to do this so I was hoping someone here might have an answer.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @ziffland can you elaborate a bit more on the use-case? not sure what you mean with "auto-add" into the flow when they return. Perhaps an example can help clarify. In general, as this is async, I would expect the returning visitor will simply continue their conversation at any time.

I see you created new Idea https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CEWMM-I-158 So, if I understand correctly: rather than changing the 72 hours session inactivity timeout, would you simply want to "auto-start" the conversation on each new return/visit?
