    Hello, 

    I'm searching, to no avail, for a way to make agent users log off either when they close the browser window or with an inactivity time-out.

    Is there a way I'm not seeing, or is my quest for naught?

    I'd like to add a variable that it should be a set value after a schedule ends after no activity.
