Hi community,
Due to some outbound campaigns we found out that when we use an automatic dialer mode and a number is not available the system does not call the number again and add the information into the column „CallRecordLastResult[…]". If we switch back to the preview dialer, this number will be dialed again as the preview dialer seems to ignore the result of that column. Also as the automatic dialer does not classify the numbers which are not available with a WRC, we can´t run a report which shows us, how many numbers where not reachable.
Does anyone has experience with such issues and can maybe advise us how we can handle this situation.
