Hello Community, somebody know how can I automatically disconnect the interactions that are waiting in a chat queue, bearing in mind that in Genesys Cloud we do not yet have queue flows available for chat interactions?
My case is that I have chat interactions that are pending in the queue and become part of the metrics for the next day because they are disconnected at 10 am due to the characteristics of the api.
