Hi,
I've seen a post about not being able to download users reports via api, it need a authorize user. not the client credentials. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/automatic-download-of-xlsx-reports-using-the-api/4842/3
Is there any possibility using user login info, or any other way to download reports automatically ?
We tried using the api / conversation, but there is so much option and data that we cannot recreate what is on a standard reports.
Please help, i'm sure I'm not the only one trying to do this.

As noted in the post, downloading the report requires a user, not client credentials. You can request enhancements and share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.

Additionally, this may be unintentional behavior; I don't have a clear answer. If you open a case with PureCloud care, they can investigate further.
