    Hello @Supporto Purecloud​,

    Can we achieve a post call survey using PureCloud for Salesforce CTI. Since its an app and we install and use.How to achieve post call survey?

    As soon as the agent ends an Inbound call, the customer should be routed to a Survey flow or in-queue flow and after gathering the inputs from customer the call disconnects.

    How to achieve this? how to know that Agent ended call(Call disposition event)? is there a way to know that and also how to trigger transfer to flow knowing that?
