    Hi

    Our customer wants to enable automatic sending of documents (as attachments) to its clients using WHATSAPP channel .

    Is this possible?

    I don't know about sending documents automatically, but you can allow your agent or customers to send them through Whatsapp using Supported Content Profiles and then attach that to your platform integration:

    I just want to clarify. The request is to send attachment using a OUTBOUND WA without a agent. For example, send a new insurance policy using WA.

    Hi @Anna Mazor,

    Yes, it's possible to send documents over the WApp channel in Genesys Cloud - but not in the sense of "automatic attachments" out‑of‑the‑box.
    Genesys WApp supports sending files (PDFs, Word docs, images, etc.) through Genesys Cloud, and recent updates allow digital bots and flows to send file attachments by referencing a public URL.

    So if your customer wants automation, you'd configure the bot or workflow to push the document link as part of the WhatsApp interaction.
