Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi all,

I thought i had read somewhere that Genesys was working on functionality to propose certain canned respones based on the content of the email.

Is that correct, because we would like to implement that.  Or should we direct to the AppFoundry.?

Hi Thierry,

I can't find anything that relates to your request at this time.  I would recommend adding this to the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab as this seems like a really good idea.

Hopefully someone else has more info about that functionality or if there is an AppFoundry app that would fulfill this
