good morning,
has anyone found a way to transfer a call to another number once it has ended? the idea is that the employee doesn't have to take any manual action to transfer the call

Once the customer has disconnected, they can no longer be transferred. You can request new features and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/.

It is not possible at this time.
