Hello,
I am new to Genesys and I am still learning all the parts, specifically towards Latitude.
I'm not sure if I am in the right spot in this forum. Our company is trying to automate file downloads from Latitude.
When I login to Latitude, I am able to connect and map a virtual drive but I am unable to access that drive from a command line or powershell. I am also not sure if this is a Latitude thing or if it is the Citrix receiver (workspace) that I am logged into.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. If I am in completely in the wrong spot here, I would also appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
