One of the things I enjoy most about working on AI (in general), or AVA initiatives is that success is never about technology alone.
The real value comes from bringing together different perspectives, CX Advisory, AI Advisory, business, delivery and consulting teams, to design end-to-end journeys that create measurable outcomes for both customers and employees.
Every project is an opportunity to learn, challenge assumptions and build something better together.
