One of the things I enjoy most about working on AI (in general), or AVA initiatives is that success is never about technology alone.

The real value comes from bringing together different perspectives, CX Advisory, AI Advisory, business, delivery and consulting teams, to design end-to-end journeys that create measurable outcomes for both customers and employees.

Every project is an opportunity to learn, challenge assumptions and build something better together.

Hi Simona,

One lesson I've learned is that success comes from solving a real business problem, not just implementing AI for the sake of it.

A good example has been designing custom Copilot summary prompts. While the AI generates the summary, a significant part of the work was collaborating with the business to define how the information should be structured. We designed separate internal CRM notes for support staff and external customer-facing notes that can be used for the next best action or shared with the customer as a resolution summary. Getting that structure right has been just as important as the AI itself.

For me, the biggest success factor is bringing together business, operational, and technical teams to design an outcome that people can trust and adopt.
