    Hello,

    I would like to recover the audio files just after an interaction for post-processing.

    Today, when I request the recording with the API, the audio file is only available after the conclusion phase by the operator.

    Is it possible to access the audio file before the operator concludes and just after the operator hangs up the phone ?
