We are currently operating under a lab organization in Genesys Cloud and have purchased the Twitter (Genesys X) integration license for testing purposes. However, we've noticed that we are being billed monthly for this integration, even when it's not actively used.
We would like to know if there's any option to temporarily disable or deactivate the integration to avoid unwanted billing during periods when it's not in use. Since the integration is already installed, we are looking for a way to control or limit the billing based on actual usage.
Has anyone come across a similar situation or found a solution/workaround to manage this more efficiently in a lab or test environment?
