    Hi All, 

    We have a customer, where agents have no internet access. If we connect customer sites/MPLS using AWS Direct Connect, does Agent still need internet to login into Pure Cloud?

    Genesys Cloud is hosted in the public side of AWS.  Even with Direct Connect, you would still have to have a VPC gateway to the public side of Direct Connect for agents to be able to use Genesys Cloud, essentially the internet but contained within the AWS realm.  If you can get https and TURN traffic out through your DC using a VPC gateway, then you could have them on GC with no "internet".

    Do we have some reference document/guide lines from Genesys, where agents can login over MPLS with no internet

    All posts/documents i read so far, says yes its possible but not simple.

    Remember that Genesys Cloud in in the AWS Public realm, so there is no way to "privatize" a connection into the platform.  What you can do is use Direct Connect Private or MPLS into a private VPC and then use a gateway in AWS to send out to AWS public.  That would keep all internet traffic private and only the connection between the VPC and Genesys Cloud would be public.
