  • 1.  AWS Lex Bot

    My team is having issues with being able to call the Lex Bot we created in AWS.  We've followed all the directions in a few different articles in the Resource Center, but we still do not see the Call Lex Bot action in either inbound chat or message flow.  The team I am working with has followed all of the appropriate steps for AWS and we are stuck.  I've reached out to Genesys Care, but have yet to speak to anyone who can help.  This is part of a POC we are working on and this is a crucial step in this process.  I am hoping someone could point us in the right direction.

    I've seen quite a few posts about the Lex Bot over on the developer forum: https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/  you might be able to search there and find some answers to your questions

    Matthew,

    Perhaps it is something super easy, such as maybe forgetting to activate the integration.  I make that mistake all the time that I get everything all setup but failed to toggle the integration as Active:
