    Hi all, 

    Can I please check whether Genesys supports AWS PrivateLink for API connections? Business use case:

    Our applications are on AWS cloud, we have set up API gateway for applications perform ingress and egress communications to the API gateway via privateLink, so traffics are in AWS network instead of going public internet. The question is whether Genesys can provide privateLink to secure the traffics when the API gateway connects to Genesys APIs,?

    Hello Haiming Zhang, 

    I don't believe this is possible yet. I did some digging and found this idea under PM review. I would recommend going in to vote this. I voted for this as well.
