 I want to use Azure Virtual Desktop. Can any one help me how to get audio with or without Media helper please. 

Are you talking about Windows 365?  I have been successful in getting it work without the Media Helper.  I did have to map audio between my Windows 365 and my local machine.

When I first tested, I did not do anything special, but the Media Helper or the WebRTC Redirect would help call quality: What's new in the Remote Desktop WebRTC Redirector Service? | Microsoft Learn
