Summary
The Quality > Evaluation > Search Any permission will be backfilled to specific roles to support upcoming changes to Agent Evaluation views.
This permission grants access to the Quality Evaluations Search API, which will become a required dependency for the Agent Evaluation Summary and Agent Evaluation Detail views. The backfill is being performed to avoid a breaking change for existing users.

Details
As part of ongoing enhancements to Analytics Views, Quality Management Auto Complete evaluation data is being added to existing Agent Evaluation views.
This evaluation data is sourced from the Quality Evaluations Search API. As a result, users accessing these views must have permission to use the underlying search endpoint.
To ensure uninterrupted access, the required permission will be automatically added to eligible roles.
Change Impact
The backfill process will add the quality:evaluation:searchAny permission to any role that has one or more of the following permissions at the time of the backfill:
ui:supervisorAgentDetails:view
quality:evaluation:editScore
The backfill will be performed one region at a time.
No action is required for customers whose roles contain one of the permissions listed above.
